II opened an acc with ig in 2017 to trade cfds.But did not continnue.since then when ever you tried to open an acc no joy.It says you already have ann acc.On live chat they suggested to open with a new email.tried .asa you put you name it says u already have an acc.No one is help ful .I am finding difficult to deal with Ig staff
