Monthly Statements

I'm also not getting my Monthly Summary Statements emailed to me like the help says I should be. I do get Dailies when I trade.

When I go in the Statements part of the MyIG, the Dailies are there, but Monthly and Annual statements come back blank though I have been on the platform several months already. Please help! I tried to access the "Contact Us" page but got 404 as "https://www.ig.com/ex-nav/contact-us" no longer works.
