I contacted online support and sent emails but have been told my account will default to closings only, from December 31st.
I am a non UK resident but i am in the EU.
I was sent an email in my inbox to my account some time ago to ask that i agree to switch to an IG EU trading account which i agreed to.
I got no acknowledgement of agreement .I just thought everything was ok and i forgot about it.
Yesterday i was emailed into my inbox again, which i can't reply back from. Which is a bummer.
That email said i was being set to closings only on 31st December. Live chat said nothing can be done, but i disagree.
I acknowledged the email allowing IG uk to transfer me to IG Europe, so i think it is IG UK's fault i am in this situation. Any advice where to contact next?
