Amryt Pharma CVRs-where are they??

Recommended Posts

I have been holding Amryt Pharma (AMYT) shares for a number of years in IG.

In 2019, as part of their acquisition of Aegerion, Amryt issued existing holders with notional shares or Convertible Value Rights (CVRS), these shares were issued on a pro rata basis to your existing holding on a date in September 2019.

These shares wmay vest later this year subject to Amryt meeting certain regulatory and financial approvals and targets.

My question is where are my CVRS represented in my IG account? I know from other brokers that the CVR holding is actually visible in the holders account.I am concerned as with Brexit I will be required to close this account and I want clarity that there will be no issue transferring the CVRs to another account.

any help would be appreciated, I have emailed IG helpdesk multiple times without response

I too have this query. I chased it up with IG shortly after they were issued but just got told they hadn't received them yet, I chased a couple of times but gave up in the end. The CVRs are present in another brokers account so not sure why IG aren't showing them.

In the old days I would have chased up with the helpdesk but sadly these days that tends to be a time wasting exercise as customer service has gone down hill markedly in recent months.

Layer3 is at the forefront of this revolution, pioneering a new economy where attention can be owned, traded, and monetized   This innovative approach empowers individuals to monetize their engagement, providing unprecedented control over personal data. Simultaneously, advertisers benefit from transparent metrics that optimize campaign performance. • I've been exploring the world of play-to-earn gaming recently, looking for something that's not just about endless grinding but actually offers a fun and rewarding experience. OGC really stood out to me because it combines gaming with a sense of community in a unique way. OGC isn't just a game; it's a platform where you can play, earn, and even help shape its future. You're not just a player; you're part of a community with a voice. The idea of earning crypto while playing games is exciting, but what makes OGC special is its focus on community involvement. Your feedback can directly influence the development of the game, which is a big deal. I've also heard that the OGC token is available for pre-market trading on Bitget. While I'm still getting to know the platform and its features, it's definitely something to keep an eye on. Has anyone else tried OGC? What has your experience been like? I'd love to hear your thoughts and any tips you might have.
    • I am anticipating the impact of this listing on Mongy.
