How to transfer LSE:AIM equity positions from Interactive Brokers (IBKR) to IG Group, I instruct IBKR online,
Does anyone know answers for these below, IBKR asks IG Group,
1. Account title  
2. The IG Group Positions Transfer team's Contact
   a. Name
   b. Email
   c. Phone Number
   d. Fax Number
