Account balance and fees

Hi how do you keep a track on here of funds you have deposited and trades entered and P&L with fees of trades. 

The total value and the book cost are all with out fees added but i want to see the full true cost and p&l with the fees added or at least with it added somewhere. 

Is this not possible and how do you keep track otherwise
