Do IG buy options from actual US (SPX, Nasdaq) exchange if I am buying options in spread betting account?

Just wondering, am I trading with actual US index options when I buy them in my spread betting account? I mean to ask if IG actual buys 'real' options from the US exchange and sell it when I close my trade; and give me the profit/loss in the end?
