Withdrawal problems

Two weeks ago, I asked for a withdrawal.

A week ago, I was asked for some documents to prove my address and account. Sent those the next business day.

A week later, last Friday, called to check how's it going. Was told that there's no withdrawal request at all. When pressed, was told that the documents are being reviewed and one document is missing; obviously, no one took care to tell me about that. Sent that document, and...

We're still there, no news, no communication, nothing. Any advice?
