IG account still not activiated yet documents have been approved and verified

I opened my account in november 2023 and it is now mid January 2024. Uploaded my documents and they have come back as approved and verified however the account still have not been activated. How long will it take? Could I please get this account activated. I have also emailed the newaccounts email and have not yet received any response.
