UK shares vs U.S shares - one is undervalued

I think the U.K market is deeply undervalued when it comes to individual companies with strong earnings and consistent divi with sustainable debt. I have studied American markets and it seems they are happy to throw money at any company that can generate revenue and don't really care about profit.
