Depositing issue



Last night I deposited money via PayPal whichh usually works fine. The Platform was playing up and among various outages on their end, my money never went into my trading account, it shows on the history but it is not showing on the account itself. I contacted "customer support" which was absolutely USESESS! The guy on the other end assured me the money was in there but I was hit with a margin call due to insufficient funds, even though I supposedly just deposited over 700 into my account 🤔. I have since tried to call their support lines for over 8 hours! 23 calls and waited on hold for about 5 to 10 min each time! How do I go about getting my money back or deposited if no one is going to answer my calls?
