Setup of Smart Portfolio

Question

New to the platform. I have completed a deposit and gone to setup a Smart ISA portfolio. The wizard gets to the end where I have 4 agreements to read and a box to say I agree to all, with a box below labelled Open my Portfolio. This last box is greyed out. Any suggestions on why?

The only other info it asks for is my N.I. number but this is already filled in and cannot be changed.
