Hi, can anyone tell me how to access LIVE HELP?

I don't see link,nothing pops up on main or help page.Last month I've use it without problem.

Is it still working or not?

wow customer service looks incredible.I'm just 30 minutes in call and nobody answered yet.

IG just beat every company I ever called.

So let's summarize., LIVE help is missing,email unanswered and 33 minutes no answer on call ,

Way to go IG.

I've just hang up my phone after 40 min of  listenig IG message how someone will be with me shortly.

Im glad its not just been me. Have been callwaiting for over 2 hours over last two days, once someone put me in touch with technical department - no answer. U have emailed - no answer, no chat. If you are having big issues IG, do the decent thing a put a statement out, why you services are failing at this moment in time.
