I attempted to open an account yesterday and after I pressed "finish" I got a message stating that due to technical error they could not process my application. 

Yet, this morning, it does look like I have an account ready to trade once I transfer money. But I havent received any e-mail or anything of that sort confirming that my account is opened. Is that normal? I have an account number but I am reluctant to transfer if for some reason it is not opened yet.
