Share Transfer Issue

I am trying to transfer shares from my current GIA to my IG share dealing account. When clicking “my details are correct”, I get an error message. The only problem I can see is that I am not able to fill in name of provider as it is Freetrade, who are not on the list. Any help/tips would be massively appreciated.
