Hello can someone help me with issues am having with new indicator which i cannot add to the chart in demo account. I raised ticket in the Help center but response has been extremely slow

May i know whether anyone is using Prorealtime demo trading platform and has encountered a problem of saving a new personal Indicator in Automatic trading window?

Also under Manual trading adding trading conditions are not working.

Any help?
