[Missing Dividend Payment]

Hi IG,

I'm missing my dividend payment for 3M (ticker: MMM) on my IG share dealing account. I opened a buy position of the stock on the 1st Feb 2022 and the ex-diff date was on the 17th Feb 2022. 

I also hold 3M with another broker where the dividend was paid. So I'm rather confused as to why the dividend payment hasn't appeared in my IG account?

Did you find out why you were over taxed in the end? or was the correct tax amount correct? Finding myself in a similar situation.

Additionally I've filled out the W-8BEN form and my tax rate should be 15%. Taking that into account I should be receiving $0.39 per share

Hi IG and Community.

I have 5 buy positions of EPD and owned them on the ex-dividend date. On payment of the dividend I received less than expected. In my transaction history it shows that I was paid $0.29295 per share where as on both the Nasdaq site and the EPD investor information page its $0.465 per share:

Any idea why I would receive less than expected?

I am based in the UK if that adds any relevant information.

Finding it difficult as well to find stocks by tickers only. I think in terms of tickers and I think a lot of us do as well, for example trying to find coca-cola (ticker: KO) returns a lot of results. I don't want to type the full name when I knows it's ticker. This is basic functionality that all brokers should have.

Is there an update on this? I think in terms of tickers and when searching by tickers it can be difficult to find the stock I'm looking for e.g. "MO" returns a lot of results.
