  1. Hi, It still persists despite numerous promises that it was being fixed, and I even received compensation from IG after a FOS complaint I made about being told it was fixed when it wasn't. All I want is an honest answer regarding whether this will ever be fixed as IG has told me that it is a platform wide issue and not just me not clearing my cache or deleting cookies. Thanks, Pat
  2. Does anyone else have data missing for Monday on the 1 minute Tesla chart but not on the 5 minute? I have also not have real-time volume on any Tesla chart for over a year now, despite IG saying in February 2022 that they were fixing this problem. Does anyone have real-time volume data for Tesla?
  3. This has never been fixed and remains a problem more than a year later.

Since Monday July 10th the 1, 2, 3, 5 and 10 minute intervals have more often than not been absent with just the horizontal current price line moving but no candles since the previous session on the Friday. Has anyone else experienced this, and does anyone have a solution? This morning already the 15 minute chart is working but not the 1 minute - see attached.

I have contacted the IG helpdesk on several occasions about the lagging of volume bars for most major US shares and have received different responses ranging from suggesting it is my internet connection or browser, to admitting the problem (9 days ago now) and saying that it is being looked at by the IT department, However, the problem remains and prevents proper scalping of the US shares affected, including Tesla and Apple, as well as more than a dozen other shares I have tried. I keep asking for an ETA for the fix, but just get asked for screenshots and again which browser I am using, despite the problem being admitted on February 9th: "Dear Patricia, Thanks for your email. Please note our IT team is still looking into this issue. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Regards, Trading Services IG"
