I am worried about this will happen in my live account suddenly. I have ask the supporting department how to fix it and how to ensure never happen in live account. I am waiting for the answer, will keep you updated.

Thanks for your help. I did just trade 69 contracts which is not large, and the point is I used to trade more than 68 before, this just happen recently. Is the policy changed or what?3

I have just tried to trade USTech 100 at 15:18, however it was rejected due to the max. trade size was over 68 contracts, the platform suggested me to deal in same direction up to 68 contracts every 20 seconds. Could you please explain what happened to this case, this was not happened before, thanks.

I have got replied from the IG support, here is what he said:
Sorry for the inconvenience. We will ask IT team to fix demo account problem.
Live account does not have this issue.
If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I think you should let him know your problem and get fixed it.
