    Thanks @OfentseIG! Yes, I am on the right page, but no, the whole panel with the plus button and the "Add an account" text is missing. Sent an e-mail to the helpdesk as you suggested, thanks!

    Found a screenshor here which shows "Add an account" widget on the dashboard. This widget does not show on my account's dashboard. What could be a problem?

    @2wheelDeal, @OfentseIG I am having exactly the same problem - I cannot figure out how to open an ISA dealing account. I've seen multiple references to the 'Add Account' option, but I cannot find it on my dashboard. Would greatly appreciate a clue or a screenshot... Thanks!
