Yes this is really unacceptable for an investment platform to take so long to generate what should be an automated 'Consolidated Tax Certificate' for their users. Please pass this thread on to management and get someone to dedicate some resources to create a process where UK IG customers will get their 'Consolidated Tax Certificate' within a month of April 05 like all other platforms. This is so frustrating a big turnoff from using and recommending IG to others.
