Hi, when I attempt to open a position, I am notified that my account is restricted from opening any new positions. Please advise on why I am restricted from opening new positions.
I have contacted help-desk via email over the past week and they are not giving any constructive answers.
All they do is copy paste the following:
I attached a JPEG file and help desk can't seem to open a simple JPEG file, I am not sure what else they can possibly do. Useless.
Please assist, thank you.
