    I tried opening up a new account a few weeks ago, with no response other than an odd email asking to see if I knew someone. Not sure if this is how clients are normally treated, but it shouldn't take this long to create a business relationship. If this is a sign of how things operate at IG, I would be better off elsewhere.

    I too have tried to open account a few weeks ago, and supplied requested documents, with no activity or response. Not a good feeling so far!
