    I can't seem t enable PRT, I go to MyIG -> Settings -> PRT but when I click enable for live SB I get an error message: Server error: An error occurred while activating ProRealTime. Please try later. But this was a few days ago and it's still not working. Ideas? Best regards JC

    In the last few days I've been unable to login with Chrome. It shows the the login screen, I press login, there's a long pause then it shows "Unexpected error. Sorry, we have experienced an unexpected error and cannot complete your request." Then I am returned to the login screen again. This doesn't happen with MS Edge or the IG App on my Android phone. Any ideas what might be up? It used to work fine about 4-5 days ago.

    Hi All, So I accidently did a bank transfer to IG without putting my account # in the reference field (doh!), I assume they will bounce it back to me in a couple of days time? Best Regards JC
