VMWare Broadcom merger settlement delays

Anyone else also waiting for the settlement of their VMWare and Broadcom positions after the merger had closed on 22 Nov 2023? My positions had been hanging there for 2 weeks and I understand overnight fees are still charged on my positions. Had several chats with IG customer support teams and in the last chat they said they are still trying to contact their clearing house to settle the positions. Is this a highly unusual case for a merger close settlement?
