How can I change my profile picture / avatar here in the community forum? I don't see any option for that in the Account Settings or Profile page.

I'm trying to sell Tesla Motors Inc (All Sessions) shares during after-market trading hours. (See below.) …So I placed a limit order with the correct expiry "Day (All Sessions)". I'm selling only 28 shares so liquidity shouldn't be a problem. The order is accepted by the system but is not filled, even after waiting a couple minutes and despite the market price reaching a level that should have the order filled immediately. I'm doing this at 9:00 am AEST on Friday morning, which is within the window for after-market trading. The market is also shown as open (green dot). I've further checked that the W8-BEN form is still valid. What can I do?
