prorealtime will not activate
in IG Chart Support - Charts, MT4 and PRT

I access Prorealtime via IG. and launch v10.3.
I follow instructions and install it but it will not launch.
Thinking that it myust have installed wrongly I repeat. A message" says program has been installed. Reinstal ?"
I can't even find it on the PC, and the same result on a win XP, win 7 and win 10 PC
I can launch the end of day verssion even in win XP
Please advise
