IG breaking the law and never answering

so... IG trading on my behalf without approval. Taking on Rights without sending me notification and without my instructions. Sending then notification more than 48 hours afterward. I am now in trouble with my employer complaisance department. IG doesn't reply for 2 days and does nothing to rectify it. Lying in emails. Don't answer the phone even after being 2 hours on hold!!! Not the first time. I wisd I could get out and never work with IG again Never ever open an account with IG
