  1. yes I have filled in the form thank you . I have tried calling customer support number and been on hold over 25 min both times and I was just disconnected both times. So frustrating
  2. Hello I am new to trading and hopefully this is not a silly question. I have placed a order for a US company stock at the price which was displayed at the time. why isn't this order executing and it just seems to stay in the orders? Am I doing something wrong? As the price of the stock keeps rising I have to keep increasing my buy price which is really annoying.
