I have not been able to get through to anyone at IG this morning by either using the IG help desk phone number ot the trading phone number they have provided for this. EXCEPT to be answered by a recorded message in GERMAN - the only words I can identify in any sentence is the occassional words IG What a shambles, and this makes it impossible to manage positions and margin headroom particularly as IG system was down again this morning and now it is finally back on line on-line the silver options can only be dealt with by telephone - telephone to nobody that is. Anyone got any ideas, or a telephone number I can use. What a shambles!
