How to change mt 4 time to my local time?

mt4 time is set by broker and affiliated to the country where based. can be gmt or est etc if you want to change the time find a broker that closes at a different time

using the web based system i try to load a chart but get a blank chart loading. installed flash player but still not success. any help would be appreciated. thanks
