Thanks again CN - the asset i was referring to is a mid-size Australian company, so maybe the same applies 🤷🏿♂️

Thanks, CN, that appears to be the case most of the time - although in some instances, the company is relatively large, with significant trading volume (on other platforms at least)

Hi, I had something similar ("Order rejected; exchange check failed") so called the Helpdesk - they didn't know but called the Sharesdesk...they spent over an hour trying to sort it out, and couldn't really explain (in layperson's terms, at least) the cause of the problem, but it eventually worked
