[Workspace Tabs]

On my workspace, when I open multiple tabs it seems to be minimising them. so I can't see them. (see image 1)

It's never done this before, I want everything to stay wide as always has done before so I can easily click through. (See image 2) Where is the setting for this and how to I change it!! Thanks!

 

[Can't Place a New Trade]

I have a new account through UK IG, I went. to place my first CFD Forex Trade, and was told that I am unable to place trades.

Can someone explain why?

It told me to contact help, I have been on the Phone for over 1 hour now without anyone picking up the phone.

I am happy to sort out any issue over email if that is easier.
