Hi,

This could come across as a totally stupid question, however... 

On multiple occasions, the volume indicator has stopped moving with the change in price on most charts I have been trading with. It starts off, and then literally stops after a few ticks. Im trading on 1m and 5m candle charts normally. Has anyone else come across this?

Also, is anybody using any lvl 2 third party software in align with the IG platform. Im working on a Mac.
