About the account balance of MT4

kaiwai12381238 posted a question in IG Chart Support - Charts, MT4 and PRT

I have successfully transferred usd 5000 to my ig account and I have connected my IG account with MT4 but when I tried to make trades via MT4, I still find that the account balance is zero. What is the problem and how to deal with it? Much appreciate for your help.
