Hello, I am trying to figure out why a stock I have been holding for a while is not tradable (red dot) on my IG platform and mobile app since a few days while it is exchanged on the market. US share: Essential Utilities, Inc. (WTRG) , this happens since a few days and I can't seem to find any suspension reason. Can anyone help me to find a reason, I contacted help desk twice but they did not answer. Thank you

Hello, I have an issue on both my IG platform and mobile app, one of my shares in US (Essential Utilities, Inc. (WTRG) appears not to be tradable on IG since a few of days, with a red dot sign instead of the usual tradable blue dot on my app for example. Does anyone know what that means, I can see the stock is regularly trading on internet but cannot trade it via IG anymore. I contacted help desk but they have not replied Thank you
