Lot size problem

Hi, just started trading forex. I am using the MT4 Spreadbetting account. Made my first trade today, with a 0.1 size lot. It was a buy order at 1.86060, and SL with 1.85650. This is 41 pips. It hit SL, and I should've made a £41 loss according to my lot size, but I only made a £4.10 loss. The margin used was around £90. Why is this happening?
