Can’t see open position

I'm in the same position. Open buy position on US Crude Oil. Not showing in my positions. Losing money and can't close the trade. Tried calling the two UK numbers and couldn't get through.
I suddenly have MAJOR TRUST ISSUES WITH IG.
COMPENSATION NEEDED!
