I bought no shares at quote but not showing up as a position. Keeps saying order is deleted. Is the same issue. Done it half a dozen times now.

I bought BP share at Quote. The order was placed but could not see it as open position. Looking at activity, it said order deleted. I tried this 5 times but unsuccessful each time. What is the cause of this? The price melt moving further away from what i wanted and I was really annoyed.
