Call to close on IAG - wht does this mean?

I tried to reply them to Take up the rights but the mail is bouncing. Calling them seems to be nightmare. Not sure how can I exercise my rights. Probably I should wait for another mail.

IAG capital increase - how to buy shares at discounted price

Hi, I currently hold IAG shares (BA) through ig.com As recent capital increase from IAG, existing share holders can buy more shares at discounted price of 92p. I did not receive any such notification yet, I am wondering how can I buy them?
