Hi. I am totally new to trading and am finding your site really informative and good to use. I have searched as much as I can but can't seem to find information on how to calculate the 'deposit required' when making a trade. I am still in demo mode and wanted to get this right before going live. For example: I bought 60 shares of Ripple at 0.2975 and the deposit required was $189.60. This is not itemised anywhere when you make the order, I had to go to the statement section to find this information. I have tried to work out how to get to $189.60 but can't, I am clearly doing something wrong. I am wanting to know how to calculate the deposit required before I buy any shares so I don't spend over my limit. If I only wanted to spend $150 on Ripple shares then how do I work this out. Sorry for the long winded question, just want to make sure I do things right! 😉 Thank you for your help, Penny
