Free data feeds & inclusion into Excel

Two-part question:
1) For my purposes the delayed data feeds are fine, but I can't see how to access these on the data feeds page (the submit button only goes green if you select a paid-for L1 or L2 option, but I don't need real-time data). Any ideas how one accesses the free data?
2) what I need is a URL per equity for the shareprice of each equity I hold, that can be included in Excel via a 'webservice' type function - is that possible with the IG datafaeeds?
