I am able to sell the ETFs using quote. Problem is it is very tough to get IG's phone. I was in a queue for more than 30 minutes. and no answer.

I am trying to set stop working order in my existing ETFs in ISA at 10.46AM UK time, but I am getting "MARKET NOT AVAILABLE ONLINE" error. On top of it the stop order I put on these ETFs like PCT. All removed and I am not able to put it again. Can you please let me know what is the issue.

I am facing a typical order execution issue. I am placing an order using IG apis. I have placed a order at 2020-12-03 09:30:00 in script CS.D.USDJPY.TODAY.IP in my Spread bet account. Order details is as follows:

Deal Id: DIAAAAFX23YXDA8

Direction: SHORT

EXECUTE PRICE: 10425.9 

At 2020-12-03T09:52:30 the deal was executed and converted into postion. but candle did not reached 10425.9. Lowest price of the candle was10426.0.

Why my order was executed. Am I missing anything here? Please check the attached pic for ore details
