Hello, so I am sorry I have to make this post but it has been over 20 days since I started trying to create my IG account. I was asked to call ig, to which they then emailed me wanting to confirm my financial situations. I explained them in a reply and have not seen a reply since. Has my email been lost? Should it take this long to reply to an open case? Thanks for the help.
