Setting a limit based on a time?

For trading CFDs, eg on FTSE, is it possible to set a Limit based on on a specific date and time, eg 4pm, or market close, etc etc?

I have just started with a demo account, yesterday, so very newbie. My plan was to look at FTSE movements day-to-day, eg from one day's close to the following open. Is this possible? I am confused because it looks like the CFDs are traded on IG platform all the time, even when the market is closed. Could someone please explain this to me?
