How long it actually takes for reviewing my documents?

I created IG account for quite sometimes for try the demo account. Then I decided to open a live account by uploading required documents. They said that it will take a few hour for reviewing the documents, but now few days later nothing happen. So, I just wonder how long it actually takes for reviewing the documents? Thank you, Tommy
