I can't find the email they must have sent me when I joined. It has been a very long time since I first opened the account and all I find in my emails, from IG,is general trading information. Almost a week has gone by ,since I uploaded my documents ,please help me.

I submitted my proof of address a few days ago but my account has been suspended and it prompts me to "verify my nationality" and when I try to do that it again it says "we're just checking your details." simply put, I can't do anything on my account now because it says to verify my account and I can't resend the documents because it won't allow me since they are still checking my details.
