Canadian share "SASK" (ATHA Energy) transferring to IG through DRS

Hi, I have DRS certificate of SASK after they acquired "92E" trading in Australian stock exchange. My question is if I open IG share trading account, can I transfer that Canadian shares here in Australia ? Can someone guide me how things work in this type of scenario ? CommSec is happy to do that but I am not impressed with their platform and service.
