Hi there,
I tried calling yourselves but was on hold for an hour and a half. Also the online chat isn’t working.
I have tried to set up a share dealing account, during registration I inadvertently applied for a spread betting account also.
Both accounts are ‘pending’ because I applied for a leveraged account I didn’t want in the first place due to ‘wealth requirements’.
I’m not interested in the spread betting account but would like to set up a share dealing account with IG if possible.
Please advise.
