Moving Abroad - ability to keep Share Dealing Positions Open?

I am in the process of moving abroad from the UK to Germany. Am I allowed to keep my Share Dealing positions open? I understand that I am not allowed to open any new positions once settled outside the UK, but surely being able to keep them open while I am in the transition period is allowed? If anyone has any prior experience that would be greatly appreciated
